In an effort to prevent West Nile virus and other diseases spread by mosquitoes, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will conduct ground-based spraying of mosquito adulticide in Queens from 9:00 PM Thursday, 8/24, to 6:00 AM Friday, 8/25.
